Downloadable Products: size limit?

Hello!! I have a number of digital products I’d like to sell. The smaller files were easy to upload (1-2 MB pdfs ) and worked well, but I get an error message when I try to upload larger files. (like 20MB or larger). Is there a way to go around this and upload larger files? Is it a server issue?

Thanks!

This is the error message I get:

The limit of the upload file size is a server setting. There are workarounds, like file chunking, but opencart does not implement it. You should contact your hosting provider to increase it.
