Hello!! I have a number of digital products I’d like to sell. The smaller files were easy to upload (1-2 MB pdfs ) and worked well, but I get an error message when I try to upload larger files. (like 20MB or larger). Is there a way to go around this and upload larger files? Is it a server issue? Thanks! This is the error message I get: Notice: Undefined index: download_description in /homepages/8/d151362803/htdocs/mywebsitename/admin/controller/catalog/download.php on line 420Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /homepages/8/d151362803/htdocs/mywebsitename/admin/controller/catalog/download.php on line 420Notice: Undefined index: download in /homepages/8/d151362803/htdocs/mywebsitename/admin/controller/catalog/download.php on line 426Notice: Undefined index: download in /homepages/8/d151362803/htdocs/mywebsitename/admin/controller/catalog/download.php on line 25Notice: Undefined index: remaining in /homepages/8/d151362803/htdocs/mywebsitename/admin/model/catalog/download.php on line 4Notice: Undefined index: download_description in /homepages/8/d151362803/htdocs/mywebsitename/admin/model/catalog/download.php on line 12Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /homepages/8/d151362803/htdocs/mywebsitename/admin/model/catalog/download.php on line 12Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /homepages/8/d151362803/htdocs/mywebsitename/admin/index.php:79) in /homepages/8/d151362803/htdocs/mywebsitename/system/engine/controller.php on line 28Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /homepages/8/d151362803/htdocs/mywebsitename/admin/index.php:79) in /homepages/8/d151362803/htdocs/mywebsitename/system/engine/controller.php on line 29

The limit of the upload file size is a server setting. There are workarounds, like file chunking, but opencart does not implement it. You should contact your hosting provider to increase it. Best, |
