Hi, there has got to be a logical way to build a multi layer slider like your first slide on the default style.
I can build parts by pure trial and error, very time consuming. Would building a grid in Photoshop help… how is it planned out to simply know the placements of objects? Do you have a tutorial or the makers of the slider have a tutorial?
Cheers,
Frank

Well I think I figured out how Photoshop can help.
If you open the slide image in PS and click the WINDOWS and check INFO from the dropdown.
INFO gives you the X / Y coordinates as well as the HEIGHT / WIDTH of the object (if selected)
Then you simply use the X as “from the left”. Y as “from the top”.
If somebody knows of an even easier way I’m all for hearing it.
Thanks,
Frank

Hi Frank,
If you are using Photoshop to sketch your slides, you should be able to define size and placing offset as you described.
I know it is not the best solution, but for the moment there are more important tasks on our “to do” list.
