Hi there,

i still have version 1 shoppica opencart theme, because it works fine for me. I only have 1 question. In the footer, i want to replace the information section for a weekly special section. It has to be linked to for example a banner of a product that will be the weekly special. Is it hard to do? What will this cost or is this an easy job and for free?

Like to hear from you guys.

Hi,

You can hardcode an image at the place of the information section. This should be a relatively easy task.

If you provide a screenshot with better explanation we can help more.

Hi,

I have attached a printscreen. I marked the place where the advertisement has to be. It will be an product image, with direct link to the product. It needs to be changed very easily. It will be visible on every page they will visit.

If you need more details please let me know.

When editing the catalog/view/theme/shoppica/template/common/footer.tpl, you can remove the title if you want as well:

<h2><?php echo $shoppica_footer['info_title']?></h2>
