Editing part of footer

Hello and thanks for support. I would like to edit payment image in the footer but I can’t find it in page builder footer. I only have footer one block which contained information and icon list for social. no more blocks and i can see the payment image in my footer. Please see attachments.

Payment images have a dedicated section under Theme Settings.
