English titles appearing in French site

I am using Shoppica 2.2.2 with the French version of Open Cart 1.5.5.1 however some titles are appearing in English. Please see screendumps attached. Can you help? Thanks in advance. Rob	brooksie

Copy your shoppica2 folder (its located on catalog/language/english/shoppica2) to your french language folder and edit that files. sorry for bad english.	issever

Hi; This is your return reason, you need only to translate from the admin panel. Go to : `System == Localisation == Returns == Return Reasons` Then click for or each reason to translate them. Also you need to make same for : - Return statuses : go to `System == Localisation == Returns == Return Statuses` - Return actions : go to `System == Localisation == Returns == Return Actions` Best regards.
