Installation

catalog/language/english/english.php #
catalog/language/english/default.php # I modified

After successful installation, it cannot display default English language.

Here are the correct English language settings:

Also the main language file should be:

catalog/language/english/english.php

Generally this problem is not theme related and we cannot help you. Item support does not include general OpenCart support. You can post your question in the official OpenCart forums for such support topics.
