I checked with my host and there is no problem on their end as I have uploaded other Open Cart themes scripts with javascript and had no problem. NOW WHAT? It seems that others are having the same problems with this “buggy” script. Since I cannot use the Control Panel with this theme then I consider it worthless. Please refund my money. Thank you.

Hi,
How can you ask for a refund for a software, since you haven’t even installed it properly? You cannot qualify a script as “buggy”, when you haven’t upload all theme files to your server! This is clearly some hosting issue and is really out of our support scope.
As we’ve said, what we could suggest is to re-download theme package; make sure you have all the JS inside and ask your hosting provider to help you upload the files.

I’ve experienced this problem.
In my case I had to Disable my Antivirus program while uploading to server.
