Error shoppica 2 in opencart 1.5.6

I am traying to acces to the shoppica module settings but when i try i see this error

“Fatal error: Call to a member function modCheck() on a non-object in /home/trebolna/public_html/mywebsite.com/tb_themes/shoppica2/library/Utils.php on line 219″

i am using opencart 1.5.6 multistore and vqmod 2.4.1 please helpme to resolve this i need to use shoppica 2 in my stores.

my prinicpal website is mayoreonaturista.com.

Replace the file public_html/mywebsite.com/tb_themes/shoppica2/library/Utils.php with the one attached to this post.
