Error with Shoppica with Opencart 1.5.3.1 on fresh installation

Hi There,

I am experiencing very strange problem, never had before with previous versions of opencart and shopicca.

Fresh install of opencart 1.5.3.1 and downloaded latest shopicca from themeforest.

Just like before followed the all installation guidelines and end up with the following error when i go to Extensions > Modules to enable the shopicca theme.

I get the following error

Error: Could not load language module/shoppica! in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxx/system/library/language.php on line 39

Everything is by default and English Language so not sure what it is looking for.

Please advise ASAP.

Sorry, Forgot to include i tried both of the shopicca version, 2 and 1 ended up with same problem
