EU Cookie law

Hi im wondering if shoppicca stores any cookies at all, i know recently here in the uk a new law states you must ask a user for persmission to store any cookie which tracks users. Does shoppica use any cookies specifically v1.4

The new law also states that cookies may be stored be for functional use.
—> It is necessary to store cookies to keep the shoppingcart active.

The Eu law is about placing unwanted tracking cookies to offer personalized ads.

Of course, we use cookies :) but not ones for tracking users.
