I have purchased an extension “Products Bundle” from iSensable company. And it works fine but one of the features is not working. the feature is in product page, if that product is part of a bundle, it should show me the bundle as a suggestion.

This feature is not working, so i contacted the extension support and after they investigate they replied to me that the issue is in the theme. because theme is not following opencart default structure.

Here is the support reply:

Usually, our module should be shown in your theme’s layouts, but it is not visible here. Unfortunately, since it is not our module that is breaking the default OpenCart structure and modifying the platform, we cannot offer to fix the issue for free. I would suggest you to contact with Pavilion’s support and ask them if they could fix it as they are aware of their code and might know where the problem is,
