Hi, We are testing out Facebook likebox & have problem with Likebox style: Pavilion Facebook “button count” shows correct number but “# people like” under Facebook Page title displays incorrect number. It’s actually stuck at 3. I have researched forum and applied latest patch files for facebook likebox for opencart version 2.0.3.1. but still have same issue. Any idea? Thank you. Hi, Custom FB like box is based on PHP page scraping and is extremely slow. That is why it is always cached. The wrong number you see is the cached content. It is refreshed on 1 hour, or when you click on the “Clear cache” button in Theme Settings > System. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Hi, I clicked on the “Clear cache” button many times but it’s still showing “3 people like” instead of correct “like” count. Also, it’s been several days without any change in count number. I have “Button count” selected and it shows correct number. If this cannot be fixed & since I can show correct count number with “Button count”, is there way to not show “3 people like ***” from the page? Thank you for the support. Best regards, Young	idiopix

Hi, It seems that Facebook has changed their code and we will need to adapt the widget parser. Will also add the option to disable the entire sentence with the link and the count. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support

Kind of a 1/4 way fix since it does not just remove wrong count but whole line, result is that now people can’t goto your facebook page from the display.	bigmoon

Hi, We’ve made a quick fix for the Facebook likebox. You just need to extract the attached archive in your store root folder. Will add this fix with the next update, so you won’t need to reupload. Do not forget to clear your theme’s cache. BR, ThemeBurn team	TB Support
