Hello,
I’ve been searching through the forum for a fix for the Facebook application in my footer. In Chrome, the application seems to connect, but the styling is of the default Facebook iframe rather than the theme’s grey styling in the rest of the footer. In Explorer, it doesn’t even look like the iFrame is working properly.
Please see the screenshots below:

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
The facebook widget styling won’t work on a localhost, on an IP only web address, or on a protected/restricted location.
Once you get your website running on a public domain, you shouldn’t have any problems.

Thanks for replying. It isn’t running on a localhost. The site is live at jumpmoon.com.
Not sure what could be interfering with the application

Hi,
Are you sure, you have added the ID of a facebook page? Or maybe there is some problem with the page itself.
We’ve tried to access this url (the link from the widget), but it always redirect us to the Facebook home page.

Sorry, we unpublished the facebook page for a couple hours while undergoing some maintenance. It is published and the URL works now. Unfortunately the FB application in the footer still isn’t styling correctly

Hi,
It seems that your server is blocking the access to the facebook stylesheet at http://jumpmoon.com/catalog/view/theme/shoppica/stylesheet/facebook.css.php?300
You should ask the server administrator to solve this issue.
