Hi

Just wondering about 2 things.

1. I would like the facebook “like” to be in norwegian, where and what needs to be changed ?

2. Using chrome the like button is only an circle with a X inside, why ?

Regards
Erik

Hi Erik,

1) To change the language in the facebook likebox, you need to edit the catalog/view/theme/shoppica/template/common/footer.tpl.

You will need to register in order to post topics and read replies in the ThemeBurn.com support forums!

2) It is weird, because we have tested in Chrome as well. Could you give us your website address, so we could check?

Best regards,

No problem with us. We have tested on several different places. Can’t see the problem either.

It is just now, when we’ve got what you mean :)

The button is X, because you have already liked the fanpage. For everybody, who still hasn’t it is like on our screenshot.

Could I please ask how can I language set the facebook and twitter feeds for a multi-language store (all on the same domain), so it always show the relevant language when it is chosen?

My other problem is that if I enable the facebook feed in the Shoppica module to multi languages, it confuses the number of likes and images of people and show more likes/people that I actually have.

Thanks for your help,
Mate

Hi Mate,

You can have your Facebook like box localized but only in Shoppica 2.

Unfortunately, the latest tweets cannot be translated.

Hi Guys,

Sorry, I won’t be able to spend time now to install Shoppica 2.0… That’s fine, I don’t need to localise it but why I can’t switch on Facebook for another language without showing me more likes and people images that I actually have with duplications?

Thanks,
Mate

Hi Mate,

Unfortunately, we cannot control the like box contents. It is served by Facebook and there is no way to modify it.

Generally, once you get more likes, the problem will disappear.
