Shoppica is awesome… but, i now have 5 people who like my site but only 3 appear. Any reason why this might be?

Unfortunately, this is not related with Shoppica theme and is rather a Facebook fanbox. We could not be of much help here.

Hello

I am having the same problem. I have 7 Facebook Likes but it displays that “8 People like..” I understand this is not a Shoppica theme issue but is there anyone else who has encountered this issue and was able to solve it? I have searched online for hours throughout OpenCart forums, Facebook Fanbox forums, Google search, etc. It seems like this is a common issue however there has been no solution that I have found.

Hello again,

I Just wanted to give another update since the situation changed. I currently have 10 Facebook Likes but the Facebook Fanbox is only displaying 7 Photos. It’s very apparent that there are quite a few issues with the Facebook Fanbox. I know it is not Shoppica related but it does effect the functionality of my page which is disappointing as I would of assumed (as well as anyone purchasing the Shoppica template) this would be fully functional.

I hope someone out there will share a solution.

Hi Casey,

Unfortunately, there is no way to manipulate the facebook fanbox contents in any case. The people that do not appear, may have some privacy restrictions enabled for their accounts or something like that.

What we could suggest, is to wait a bit until you get 20-30+ fans. You will have no problems then.
