Hi,

I am receiving the “Could not retrieve the specified page. Please verify correct href was passed in.” error on my Facebook widget.

I have seen previous posts where people have actually had Facebook profiles set up rather than pages. I am doing this on behalf of a client who is insisting theirs is a page not a profile. I am not sure myself how to tell the difference.

One problem though is their Facebook page/profile does not seem to have an ID number in the URL, it is just letters, which is what I have been entering. Their Facebook URL is:

http://www.facebook.com/OliviasCupcakery1

Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks
