@skynight – did you try the fix mentioned in this post ? Also we have just released an update version of Shoppica (2.2.5) that should fix your issue.

I apologize for reopening a “resolved” thread but I couldn’t find the answer anywhere. I have the same problem as skynight and using shoppica 2.2.5. I think it’s a by-product of the maintenance class being called through vqmod and just normally. Can you please let me know how to fix this issue?

Why changes to system/engine/controller.php and catalog/model/setting/extension.php are not done through vqmod?
