Fatal Error: Class ‘Encryption’ not found

I just installed Shoppica 2 and after a lot of issues fixed in “admin” area. when I tried to open the store front .. it gives me this error:

 

Fatal error: Class ‘Encryption’ not found in C:\wamp\www\store\index.php on line 213

I’m sure the file “Encryption” is existing in library folder.

I’m sure that index.php is replaced with the new file.

Opencart 1.5.13

Shoppica 1 files are still existing except the ones that are replaced with a new version.

This issue seems to be not connected with Shoppica. Check if system/startup.php contains the following row: 

require_once(DIR_SYSTEM . 'library/encryption.php');
