When I click on install Shopicca CP module, it gives me:

I read a topic about this error, which you told “dont delete english language files”. I did not delete them. Even I installed all language files from a new opencart download from offical site but still same error.

This happens because you have deleted your admin/language/english and catalog/language/english folders. Restore them back. If you don’t want the english language on your site, just remove it from the admin area. You don’t have to delete the language folders.
