ThemeBurn SupportForumsWordPress ThemesShoppica WordPress ThemeFollowed installation instructions, but site doesn't look like purchased theme.

This topic has been marked as not a support question.

I’ve followed the instructions to set up your theme. I just want it to look as it did on the live preview before purchase.

The website is

I’ve created and admin user for you to take a look:

It’s like there’s a sidebar showing in the footer and I’m also unfamiliar with how to get the slideshow header, mega main navigation, account links under the search bar, featured products etc.

I tried adding in some footer links and they’ve appeared on top of each other and I don’t know how to code the links.

The credit card symbols are also missing.

I just want the site to look as it did when I bought it.

Thanks,

Nick

Hello,

We change some of your theme options and its looking almost like our demo store now.

Please read the documentation!

Here is how to enable megamenu http://support.themeburn.com/topic/add-product-category-menu

Thanks very much, really appreciated.. I’m assuming that the newest woo commerce has some conflicts with this theme as the product pages are showing errors.

I’ll stand by for an update, but I have another problem and I don’t mind paying for a fix if it’s not a simple task. I’ve spent a good few hours Googling a solution and looking through your documentation without getting a solution.

I need to get my permalink structure to be as follows:

Category:
http://completedev.co.uk/products/baths

Sub-Category:
http://completedev.co.uk/products/baths/acrylic-baths

Product:
http://completedev.co.uk/products/baths/acrylic-baths/eastbrook-ballad-white-acrylic-bath-1600mm-x-750mm-x-410mm/

So far, the [category] and [subcategory] URL’s are working fine, but the [product] URL, doesn’t include the top-level category in the URL, it shows this instead:

http://completedev.co.uk/products/acrylic-baths/eastbrook-ballad-white-acrylic-bath-1600mm-x-750mm-x-410mm/

i.e. the /baths/ category doesn’t display in the URL.

My permalinks are set up as follows:

Product Category Base: products
Product Tag Base: products
Product Attribute Base: products

Product Permalinks Base: Custom Base: /products/%product_cat%

I’m assuming that %product_cat% only takes the most immediate category and not the root category.

Is there are custom product permalink structure that will display all categories in the URL that are applicable to a specific product?

If not, how do I get around this?

Thanks again, Nick

Hi,

At the moment we are quite busy with Woocommerce 2 and cannot take any additional work.

You may seek a freelancer to do the job for you.
