Global page and module settings

Is it possible to set global settings for Layout, BoxShadow, Backgrund, Border etc for the Theme Blocks?

Hi,

Unfortunately, this is not possible for the moment.

We have this on our to do list however and we plan to include it in the big upcoming release that is coming at the end of this month.
