help i cannot remove the theme control panel from the front

hi, i have had an issue with this for a while, all else is ok

but when i activate the control panel to edit theme colours/fonts,

the panel opens works all fine but…

when i click on Remove Schemer button it calls the following url www…..store.com/tb/removeSchemer,

no such path exist and i get a page cannot be found and the panel is still there.

any ideas what is wrong, running latest version of opencart 1.5.4.1 and latest shoppica version 2

fixed found the solution in this very forum ..
