Hide cart when content is 0

Hi, I need to hide the amount of the cart in the menu when the content is 0. How can I do? Thank you.	Bonnie

if the content of the cart is 0, it is hidden -> OK! if the content of the cart is 0 and add a product to the cart, NOT hidden -> OK! the problem is that when the content of the cart is greater than 0 and I refresh the page, is hidden -> NOT OK can you help me? thank you	Bonnie
