My website seems to have lost the horizontal scroll bars at the bottom of the window, and rearranges the screen elements when the browser window is reduced in width. I’m pretty sure this behavior is not normal.
Help would be appreciated.

Hi,
This problem is called responsive layout
The technique is used to make the website useful for any device: desktop, tablet, smartphone.
If you want to disable the feature, follow the instruction from this topic: http://support.themeburn.com/topic/disable-mobile-view

Thanks for the reply. I guess I sounded like an idiot, but I wasn’t familiar with the layout technique, and I’ve had several people mention that the website does weird things like shoving the product photos way down the page when the window width is reduced. Also it doesn’t look good on an ipad, despite the apparent design intent (gaps in photo arrangements, things like that).
I’ll try the “fix” and see how it looks (gonna backup the css file first though!). Thanks for the info.

Hi Jan,
Can you send us a screenshot from your iPad?
Generally, the website is tested for tablets too and there shouldn’t be any problems.
Thanks,

Hi guys. I’ve had an issue with layout on a tablet pointed out. Can you take a look at the last 2 products on this page? I’ve also attached a screenshot. Thanks.
