Hi, I’ve managed to add an accent label to my top top level category (shop online) but I want to now add an accent in the sub category level > (shop online > Special Offers). I can’t find anywhere that allows it to happen but I know that the demo Pavilion shop has an accent labe “hot” on what looks like a sub category level in the mega menu.

Any help with this would be awesome!!!
