How do i manage Category and it's sub category?

Hi

I tried to ammend / edit the list of the category and spent for three days, yet able to figure out where to or how do i edit the Category and it’s sub category.

Given an example my page :
http://www.techarmory.my/V2

on the main category on the left, i had edited the APPLIANCES become APP, and i saw the changes at MEGAMENU,

But it wont reflect the changes at last. What did i missed? i tried whatever i can already
