How do you change the logo?

I have read the instructions repeatedly and can’t find how to change the logo. Also, when will an OpenCart 2.3 version be available?

You change the logo in OC..dashboard,settings, image.

I had that done previously, with the old theme and it is still there. Do I just need to redo this or is it not working?

Hi,

Both OpenCart 2.3 compatibility and the logo problem has been resolved with the latest update that is available for download from your ThemeForest account.

I tried to do this, but now I have this on the home page:
There BurnEngine module has not been installed. Please, enter the admin area and install it.
I can’t see where to do that. Everything seems different.

Can you please get the default theme working ? We have to be sure that your store works with the default theme in order to check for Pavilion issues.

Please, disable Pavilion (you can uninstall it from Extensions -> Themes) and enable the default opencart theme. Write here when you have a working store with the default opencart theme.

I have the site working again, basically I started over – installed opencart in a new environment, then the template, imported the data this time, then dropped the category, options, filters, products tables, and copied those over from the other install and added my add ins and copied over the item images. Then, deleted the first install and copied this one over there.

So– after all that work, I now have a fully updated OpenCart Version 2.3.0.2
with the new updated Pavilion installed and working EXCEPT we still have no logo.

Thank you! I guess the only thing left is when you go into Burn Engine – you can click the tshirt icon to change the them and everything goes wonky. Can you fix that please?

Also, how do I make an extra page? Specifically, I have TShirt Designer installed on this site. I have added the button to the product page, but when you click it, it should load the designer page, but it does not. The link it should use is:
opencart.mycustomawards.com/web/content/catalog/view/theme/default/template/tshirtecommerce/design.tpl

How would I set that page up in this template? That page works fine in the default template.

Hi,

Generally all custom pages should work automatically on Pavilion (BurnEngine). Sometimes, you need to clear your theme cache if such blank pages occur. Please, check your designer page again – it should work fine.
