Dear Support,

there are many elements that are already translated in my language but replacements are not taken by the localization file i see in the guide.

How to understand which is which, or how to do everything in one file only?

Can you guide us?
Thanks

Hello,

Maybe your plugin is translated, and from there you see it translated.

Check in documentation how to translate theme language file and translate all strings inside it.

Dear Support,

thanks, i didn’t explain wisely.
I’m talking about all the other elements in the template, not only the one you read in this topic.

How to translate them all since the 90% are already translated in some other file which is unknown?

Thanks
Best

Hello,

1) You have to translate your Shoppica theme – read documentation how to do it.

2) 90% of translation comes from Woocommerce language file, which is located it plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages

Shoppica and Woocommerce cannot be translated into one language file.

To translate welcome message and other small language strings, you have to to translate Shoppica too.

if you want to translate this “Welcome visitor you can login or create an account” from English in to ur language. ex:

go to your wp-admin dashboard / and click “Appearance” / Theme editor . and find the file

Shoppica: header.php . look up for that word and you can change in your language

Hello,

Thank you for your guide, but this will not work after theme update, you have to do it again. For this we make shoppica fully translateable.

Dear support,

there are some buttons and areas that are not correctly translated and because of this we need to know how you called those in order to add them in the PO file.

Translations are not in:
- /i18n/languages
- /wp-content/languages
- themes/shoppica/languages

So we need to edit:

1) the “view cart ->” and “checkout ->” in the drop down popup on top right corner (cart)
2) the “read more” in the slide in the home page
3) headings in the table in the chart page “product name”, “unit”, “use copuon code” and “proceed to checkout ->”
4) “return to shop” when the checkout page is empty
5) “continue” button in “my account” page before registering

Please le me know the exact value to insert in the “SOURCE TEXT” in POedit software.

Thanks
Best
Simone

WC Version: 2.1.6
WC Database Version: 2.1.6
Template 1.4.2
WP version 3.9
