How to change column IP Address to Phone Number in Back Office for customer list

Hi,

In the back office under Sales > Customers > Customers

There is several columns with the following tabs:

Customer Name E-Mail Customer Group Status Approved IP Date Added Login into Store Action

How can I change the “Approved IP” to “Phone Number”, I’m not interested in looking at their IP address I just need their phone number to be there.
