how to disable certain extensions in responsive layout

I want to disable the click desk chat module when in the mobile layout, because it covers a great part of the screen. I couldn’t figure out how it might be possible. Is there a way I can accomplish this?	Abhas

There’s a div class in the TPL file for the module, I tried using that, but it didn’t work. I replaced WIDGET_SELECTOR with .DIV_CLASS_NAME I tried without the dot in front, but that didn’t work either. Am I wrong somewhere? This reply was modified 3773 days ago by Abhas.	Abhas

Sure, My website is http://www.otmjewellery.com The extension I want to switch off in the mobile layout, is ClickDesk – which is a online chat module. It covers a lot of screen space in the mobile layout, and it becomes difficult to navigate the site because of it. I’ve disabled completely disabled the extension as of now, but I can re-activate it if you need to have a look. Let me know. Thanks!	Abhas
