How to displace or relocate the search bar to the footer.

Hi, mi knowledge in php is limited, and i was willing to know if it’s possible to illustrate me how to relocate the search bar from the header to the footer, I try it cutting/paste the code to the footer before or after the <p id=”copy”></p> (copyright) tag , then the search bar appears but there’s code rumbling around the page.
