I’m completely new to opencart after using wordpress. I think the themes great its exaclty what I need however I can’t for the life of me figure our how to change

‘Extras – Brands, Gift Vouchers , Affiliates and special ‘ – I’d like that removed completely as I don’t offer any of them currently.

And how can I add a paragraph on the top of Contact Us, under customer service and remove my phone number

Returns – change reasons for return and the email address that the forum is sent to
or aleast a notification to another email address letting me know I have an email.

Changing the footer information of shoppica theme, contact us, tweets and facebook?
I can’t find them anywhere.
