How To Get From label to display lowest price

I have searched the forum and still cannot figure out how to get the from label to display a price on a product that has variations. At the moment I just get the word From displaying until a selection is made on the product page. Can anyone help please. Thank you	coara

Here is an example http://www.proudpaws.co.nz/products-page/fish-food/wardley-spirulina-discs At the moment on home, category and product pages, any product with variations in price have just the label with the word “from” in it, it will change to the price when you make a selection on the product page. Is there a way to have it display from the lowest price on the label? Thank you	coara
