I’m using Shoppica 1.5 with OpenCart 1.5.2. This is a new site.

THE PROBLEM:

I offer four options for shipping. The shipping estimate comes up in this order:

Priority Mail – $5.20
Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box – $11.35
First-Class Mail Parcel – $3.31
Parcel Post – $5.20

So suppose I choose First Class. I then get the message:

Success! Your shipping estimate has been applied.

This implies that whatever estimate I choose will stick. But as I continue to check out, when I get to the menu to choose shipping, it defaults back to this order and Priority Mail at $5.20 is chosen. Some customers might not pay attention to this, thinking they already chose their shipping option.

THE SOLUTION

First, I would like to order it by price. Even ordering it alphabetically would put it in a better order. How can I make First Class come first, then Parcel Post, then Priority, then Flat Rate.

Secondly, is there any way to make the shipping estimate choice carry over to the shipping for those who continue to check out? This isn’t that important, but I certainly don’t want Priority to get automatically selected because it’s first in the list.
