How to update OC2.2.v to 2.3.v?

Hi, TB,

How can I update Kiddos and OC from OC2.2.v to 2.3.v? I afraid loose some Kiddos settings.

I have OC2.2.v and Kiddos for that. What I must do first. Somehow update OC and after in FTP drag and drop new Kiddos files?

Yes, I know, that stupid question :)
