We have just updated shoppica from 1.0.8, copied FILES_TO_UPLOAD and then patch from 1.0.9 to 1.0.10 and then to 1.0.11.

But unfortunately image is not showing also when you click to compare or wish, link is blank href=”".

Could you help us out of this problem? Thank you

Web is under construction and images are uploaded just in one product! All images are on server well generated.

Hi,

Did you try to delete and then upload the image again?

We may need a ftp and admin access to check the problem.

Hello,

Yes, image can be see at the right side as a most sold.
This was working before perfectly.

I am sending in hidepost my access.

Ftp is shared for many webs, if admin acces will not be sufficient, I will ask for them my college in the afternoon.

Hi,

We saw the problem is not a theme specific one, as it appears on the default theme too.

Somehow, some of the image thumbs are not created at all. We saw you have some modifications. Do this problem appear on a clean install? Have you tried to put the latest OpenCart version (1.5.1.3)? Could some restrictive server settings be the reason?

Hello,

latest version of OC 1.5.1.3 not tried. I will try.
Server is 100% ok.

On my mind problem is in PrettyPhoto, link there is bad, images are created but link on it is not right!

….or….

Was my process of upgrade described in the first post right?

I probably renew previous backup of web…

Unfortunately, PrettyPhoto is not the problem. The image src is empty before PrettyPhoto is loaded.

We saw you backup process, yes. Generally, it shouldn’t have anything to do with thumb creation; the theme at all does not modify the thumb creation process.

If you do not have any major modification, the clean install of both latest OpenCart and Shoppica will be most recommended.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of modifications! Some things are now under construction but web whould be run about next few days.

I will try use my backup before last upgrade and try to upgrade file by file.

Can I ask you for upgrade package from 1.0.8 to 1.0.9?
