images on the product does not come out.

please see attachment I sent

what is the reason the image does not come out? whether caused by an incorrect picture format.

Hi,

We’ve found out where the problem comes from, but cannot fix it on your server. We’ve logged successfully, but are located in an empty folder. Can you please check and provide the right credentials?
