Hi, i have contact the plugin autor about this issue. This is the answer:

I’ve checked your site and your theme Shoppica is causing the problem, the reason for this is the theme is loading scripts outside their admin pages and that’s why HC is affected. Scripts loaded cause conflict to the scripts on HC admin pages. A workaround is that you deactivate your theme first and design your form on HC, when done, you can activate it again.

The HC forms on the front end of your site will not be affected as this is only happening on your back end.

To further fix this, you can ask the theme developer to have their scripts loaded only on their admin settings. This will not cause only in HC but other plugins that are running jQuery on their admin settings.

Hi,

Unfortunately, this is not a trivial modification and could not be covered by the free support offered by this forum. We are including this scripts because they are used in pages, posts, products and not only in Theme Options.
