Information Pages

This topic has been marked as resolved.

I know that in the Shoppica2 module you can put the information pages in the top menu under an “information” category. I would like to put them in the top menu as they appear in the footer but without “extras”…so basically how can i get “information” “my account” and “customer service” to all be separate categories in the top menu with their respective submenus below them? I would also like to remove these from the footer after transferring them to the top menu. Is this possible?

Thanks,
John

Hello John,

1) You can disable the entire footer menu from Shoppica 2 CP > Store > Footer menu toggle.

2) We have explained in this tutorial, how to modify the main menu. You need to replace the entire “Information” dropdown with the other menus you want.

Thanks for this. I have been playing around with it but i am new with php. Can you give me an example of how I might make a menu item called “contact” that links to the contact page…with no submenus?

I am just not sure exactly how to link it to the contact page but if you give me this example, I think i will be able to figure out others.

Thanks,
John
