Information tab in navigation menu – help needed

ThemeBurn SupportForumsOpenCart ThemesShoppica 2 OpenCart ThemeInformation tab in navigation menu – help needed

This topic has been marked as resolved.

I am using shoppica 2.1.2 and opencart 1.5.3.1. I have enabled information tab in navigation menu and i am facing the following two problems:

1. The information tab appears and disappears randomly in top navigation menu every time anything is clicked. When it disappears i just click on homepage logo or refresh button and it appears in one or two attempts. You can see it yourself by browsing to website http://www.gaon.co.in.

2. I have removed extras menu from the footer, but it still appears in the information page drop-down in navigation menu. How can i remove it. What if i also want to remove costumer service from information tab drop-down?

Thanks

Hi,

1) Here is the quick fix about the missing Information menu: http://support.themeburn.com/topic/information-sometimes-not-showing-in-header

2) The information menu has its own template at: catalog/view/theme/shoppica2/template/tb/menu.tpl. You will need to modify it as well.

@Salhah

You don’t have to remove the whole file, but just edit the file and remove the code that you don’t want.
