Hi,

I am in the process of installing my newley purchased theme on a new server and have followed your guide to the letter but I am getting an error.

At the top of all pages on my site, I am getting the following error:

Notice: Undefined index: position in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\system\engine\controller.php on line 46Notice: Undefined index: layout_id in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\system\engine\controller.php on line 47Notice: Undefined index: position in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\system\engine\controller.php on line 46Notice: Undefined index: layout_id in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\system\engine\controller.php on line 47Notice: Undefined index: position in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\system\engine\controller.php on line 46Notice: Undefined index: layout_id in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\system\engine\controller.php on line 47

None of the pages on my site are rendering correctly (see attachment) – please advise.

I am hosting on a Windows 2008 server running IIS7
PHP 5.3.10
MySQL 5.5
Opencart 1.5.2.1

Thank in advance,

James

Hi!

Shoppica is not yet compatible with opencart 1.5.2.x. You have to wait for the compatibility update, which is supposed to be released next week. For now, the opencart compatible version is 1.5.1.3.

Hi,

So sorry for not checking that point out first before posting – thank you for the quick reply.

How likely are you to release the update next week and will I have to pay for it? If so – how much?

Thanks again,

James

Hi James,

We are woring on the update at the moment. You won’t have to pay anything for it. Buying Shoppica give you the option to download all future updates for free.
