Installation Problem

I am having trouble installing. Started with clean / working version of open cart v1.5.2.1. Everything working. Uploaded Shoppica OpenCart_v.1.5.2.x “FILES_TO_UPLOAD” files, replacing directories as instructed (admin, catalog, image, system) Replaced additional/OpenCart_v.1.5.2.1 “index.php” as instructed. Cannot get to step #3. When I try to login I get error messages… http://markbaldi.com/cupcake-love/ Notice: Error: Could not load language english! in /home/content/m/a/r/markbaldi/html/cupcake-love/system/library/language.php on line 39 http://markbaldi.com/cupcake-love/ Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /cupcake-love/admin/ on this server. Please help. I have deleted and reinstalled twice. Is this because I am installing in a subdirectory?	markbaldi
