I bought the theme themeforest-235470-shoppica-premium-opencart-theme.zip

extracted
went to OpenCart_v.1.5.6.x > FILES_TO_UPLOAD uploaded the contents

As per your installation instructions I need to activate the CP modules. I do not have them

Do I need to install more? if yes, what and from where

I paid for buying this. I just got a message from technical assistance of my hosting company, saying that the version I bought is not compatible with OpenCart 2 !!

would someone care to reply?

Hi,

As stated in the product description, Shoppica is not compatible with OpenCart 2.
