Installing theme- Which files/folder should I be uploading and where?

Hi,

 

I’m really struggling to install this theme.  Is there a simple guide to doing it?  I’ve tried uploading the files to my server using an FTP client,  I’ve uploaded the whole folder, the files_to_upload folder and the shoppica2 folder to the directory below.  Although, I can see the theme in the system/settings/store/template area  selecting it does not make any difference to the store front.  Which files/folder should I be uploading and where?

/public_html/forum/catalog/view/theme/
