Lately, whenever customers buy products from me (Which are downloadable files from the website) they seem to be getting errors, and they all seem to have basically the same errors, which are:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, support@one.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 

F0r now I can send the downloads manually, but do you guys have any solution to this maybe?
