Left Menu is Not Working!

I cannot get the left menu to work. It just does not show up. I tried disabling all vqmods, and the problem still persists. Please help as soon as possible!

In order to have a module shown in the sidebar, you have to set the Position to Column Right.

Then, the sidebar position can be changed from the theme control panel.
