Put featured products in left column, grid view as default..

everything looks just fine.

change to list view… featured products get all messed up… looks like it tries to include description in featured product display.

Here is video showing featured product display getting really distorted when product list view is activated.

Hi,

We see you are using the default OpenCart featured products widget. Unfortunately all default product modules will follow the styling of the category listing, so if you choose list view, modules will display as a list too.

You should use the Page Builder featured products block instead.
