Logo position options not there

According to your docs — http://docs.themeburn.com/pavilion/features/style/ — there should be the following options for positioning the logo:

Default
Centered logo
Centered logo (no top bar)
Separate menubar
Separate menubar (centered logo)
Separate menubar (cart in menubar)
Separate menubar (search in menubar)
Separate menubar (centered search)

But under Style > Common I don’t get any of these (see attachment). What am I missing?

Hi,

Pavilion pre-built header layouts are now templates and can be changed from Page Builder.
