The extension that comes with the theme “Mijireh” I’m having a few problems with.
I also posted this on the wordpress forum because Mijireh has terrible customer service apparently.
I’m having issues with Slurping a page using the Mijireh plugin. I’ve contacted them several times within the last 5-6 days with no response.
The first time I tried using the service it worked beautifully and had no problems. But I recently tried to “re-slurp” my checkout page as Ive had some design changes and it will not work now just gives me this error “Please make sure your Mijireh access key is correct”.
Just a explanation of the “Slurp” terminology. When you “Slurp” a page it is supposed to suck up your CSS/HTML/PHP whatever gives your site its current look and applies it to your account and uploads it to their server. That way your checkout page does not look different then your current store.
Ive tried disabling and deleting plugins installed after the fact, changing titles, enabling/renabling the plugin. Rolling new API keys and going as far as making a new account. Nothing has worked so far and I don’t have anymore ideas maybe somebody else can help.

As an update I found out that it actually is theme erroring it out when I disable the header and footer with the theme it works fine.
Could you take a look?

Currently on Mijireh its default wordpress theme. Can you please Slurp theme and we will see what is the error. Is there any code you have to insert to separate header / content / footer in the theme?

Ive tried slurping many times the error it puts out is
“Please make sure your Mijireh access key is correct”
No you don’t have to put anything into the header/footer you do have to put a shortcode into the wordpress page but like I said its there and worked great but now it wont work at all.
Im sure the access key is 100% correct and ive tried disabling all the plugins as well.

It worked with Shoppica theme before, but now its not working?
Did you make any changes in templates, if yes what you change?

Yes it did work before but now its not working.
The only thing I did besides just editing CSS stuff is adding the fix to the product pages that you guys rolled out a couple weeks ago. I dont really edit actual PHP or content files.
I did discover if you disable the header/footer it works fine will slurp with no problem.
But the second you activate either one of those it comes up with the error.
