Hi, I´m sending you an attached picture that shows everything I need to implement on rows 1, 2 , and 3. I tried severall ways many times but I couldn´t.

There is not a way to attach the file here, I tried severall times but to no avail, why?
This is the last attempt, if not, I´ll post it again

An extra question related to the headed rows 1, 2 , and 3.
How to edit, or set, every row indepently, whithout affecting the others?
I saw that every time I tried to modify the height of every row, affetcts to the row beside it, the modified row went up to the upper row.
How to avoid that?
Please, give complete and detailed instructions, thanks
